Mein Herze schwimmt in Blut

Visit this site to find out about the cantata performance on February 17!

By the way, a genius point to whoever can translate the German title of the cantata- I'm curious what it means.

According to Dashboard, it means "My Herze swims in the blood." Score slightly less than one for F12.

freetranslation.com agrees with Nate's findings. So what's a Herze? And what does it really mean? Perhaps it is an idiom.

Rebecca says that it means, "My Heart swims in Blood," which would signify some sort of medical trauma. And I said that before I saw the other comments, so I must be halfway gifted with a natural understanding of the German language.
