I like to watch this video. Malachi seems quite interested in his big brother too.
I think enamored is the right word. Maybe someday in a long time he'll become enamored with a girl, and he'll suddenly revert to this voice, tilt his head to the side, sigh, and say "Hi! I'm Toby!" And maybe he'll get a similar wide-eyed response.
