Pita Pita!

This was my experiment on Saturday. It didn't form perfect pockets, more like isolated bubbles. I think I rolled it too thin. We just spread the chicken and beans on top and it was good. Much better than making a special trip to Safeway (I normally don't go there, but they seem to be the only place that sells it) for dried out store ones!

Ooh. Good luck trying to master the pita bread!! I'm just trying to master regular bread, but it's not working. Someone told me once that hormones influence bread making. I guess I just don't have the right kinds. Or maybe I just don,t follow directions. God luck in your next endeavours....

mmm pita!! Anything sounds good to eat right now -- the only things left in our room left to eat are ramen noodles and a mystery flavor sucker. which I'm not risking, because it's probably popcorn or butterscotch.
